The birth journey is one that should be celebrated from the time of conception to the end of the fourth trimester (90 days postpartum). Your body, your soul, your mind: they are all going through a rollercoaster of emotional and physiological changes. It is during this time that you will learn some of life’s greatest lessons. 

Most women do not pause before becoming a mother. They do not take that crucial moment to work through what “motherhood” actually means. What does it mean to be a mother?
